7-Day Returns & Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit or you simply don’t love it, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition

In the original packaging

Free from marks, dirt, or signs of wear
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to stock availability).
Simply contact us and we’ll arrange the exchange for you.
Refunds
Refunds are available for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered, but you may request an exchange or store credit.
Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue a Tiny Trybe store credit to use on any future purchase.
Store credits do not expire.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

If the item is faulty, Tiny Trybe will cover return postage or offer a replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
